CIES football rating

The International Centre for Sports Studies 

The international centre of sports studies (CIES) is an independent study centre located in Neuchatel, Switzerland. CIES was created in 1995 as a joint venture between the federation de football association (FIFA), the university of Neuchatel, the city and the state of Neuchatel.

The CIES football observatory website presents exclusive data and analysis on soccer players : performance, transfer values, ratings etc.

According to the CIES Football Observatory, who have ranked the big five leagues based on the estimated value of their players, Liverpool take 7th place in top 10 teams.
