WELCOME TO NIGERIA

Good day Ladies & Gentlemen
We're cruising at 30,000 feet and beginning our decent in a short while I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Nigeria...

Welcome to Nigeria
Land of vast nataural resources
Home to over 250 ethnic groups that claim to emit peace from our pustules
The most populous black nation on earth
Unity in diversity is our claim
But the farthest opposite seems like our aim
Right under your nose beauty is disdained.
About corrupt leaders only we complain
But down to the  little children in primary schools the virus has spread, a stain.
Wealth in the earth remains pinned in the dirt
Morals no longer an entity we can boast of, thrown to the wind
The craze for money has turned men into blood hounds in search of its masters lost kid

No longer can we see honour in honest living
We'd do anything for that paper,
Got to reach that tick
Got to scratch that itch.
Not rich, but I might be
Might Shoot these flicks, would turn to tricks
Anything for a slight fee.
I was made in Nigeria
Served my time for Nigeria
But Nigeria ain't feeling me
Talk about passion for the just work your hands get dipped in
But it ain't nothing if it ain't about the money
I might as well just forget about being passionate for my country
Making it a better entity
Making it a Living, breathing defintion of what it means to bleed greatness
Might just forget about making it Not just a good country, but a complete perfect being...
This is all I've ever known, but if I'm wrong then PLEASE COME SAVE ME NIGERIA...

If you missed it you can still read up GRACED SUNDAY!!!
