Liverpool and Egypt striker Mohammed Salah was named arab player of the year for 2017 on monday in a pool of around 100 sport journalist from several african country.
Salah joined liverpool from As roma and has scored 17 league goals and 23 goals in all competition already. He currently won the BBC african player of the year for 2017 and he is also been nominated for the CAF african football for 2017 where he appears to be the favorite.
Syrian winger Omar khribin came second and his fellow country man Omar Al-Soma finished third.
