TOILETING...THE RIGHT WAY

Maybe I should have used "HOW TO USE THE TOILET...THE RIGHT WAY" as the title, but who cares anyway. This is just going to be a little exposition on toileting the healthy way.

Western toilet could be responsible for problems like hemorrhoids, constipation, IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), appendicitis, and even heart attacks. As Dr. Mercola says: “If you examine the data, there is a great deal of evidence this is true. The modern toilet has required us to change the position we use to evacuate our bowels, which changes the  anatomy of well, a poop, to put it bluntly"

I bet you never thought this could be a problem. So, how do you use or sit on the toilet,  like this?

Or maybe youve been sitting like this

Well, this is the most unhealthy position.

In the 90° position- the angle at which your thighs are bent- thenormal passage of intestinal content is interrupted as a result you have to create so much pressure, put up so much force just to free yohr bowels which is completely UNNECESSARY. In the worst case possible your exposed to conditions as hemorrhoids, constipation, irritable bowel or even colon cancer.
Now, the 35° angle everything is completely different as it allows the art of pooping take it's natural course. This position is the normal in the wilderness and in many cultures, its also the way we have been trained to poop from infancy, but somehow the western world convinced us that sitting was a more civilised way.

Now don't get the wrong picture thinking squatting on the toilet seat is the right way, that is completely dangerous and not advised at all as one can sustain serious injuries if any incident like the toilet sit breaking should occur. Worst case scenario...DEATH.

it is however advised to get a stool to place your feet on to elevate your legs to the 35° position, more like this

According to Dr. Mercola: “The scientific benefits of squatting have sparked efforts to design devices that help would-be squatters to return to a more natural pooping position [...] Another advantage of squatting? Killer thighs. Nothing builds your thighs like a squat. Adding some squats at the gym will undoubtedly help you with your squats in the bathroom"

Now this is some good SHIT to know, right?!
